From all the units Ive worked with at Bliss, JRTC, YTC, NTC 15W seems like a very laid back MOS in. All aviation can accomplish that goal but being prior flight crew does help you kinda know the aviation world once you decide to drop that packet.
If no: show up on site and help with whatever the flight crew needs I.E PMDs on equipment, making the brief sheet etc etc. All in all, 15T is a great MOS and as another user said, it won’t necessarily make your packet shine as much as it’ll help you get your letter of recommendation from a senior warrant. You also need to consider obtaining at least one Buddy Letter to help you prove the incident that caused your Tinnitus or Hearing Loss, especially in the absence of medical evidence.
